Welcome to Simnatorp and our beautiful turn-of-the-century house from 1912! Here you live in a quiet Småland countryside with magical surroundings, glass verandas, a blooming garden, crops, cats and chickens. A perfect place to recover after the day's excursions to Astrid Lindgren's World, Glasriket or one of the area's many swimming lakes. A fairytale-like village in Småland with rivers, meadows and beautiful houses, and yet close to town! A lovely country home for young and old! WELCOME TO JUNE'S GUESTHOUSE & COMMUNITY CAFÉ The space Rent the entire upper floor with access to a large kitchen and dining room on the lower floor. The bedrooms; "Karins room" - The flower room overlooking the flower farm and meadow. Approximately 12 sqm with tiled stove (note: no open flames), two windows, door into kitchen and bathroom. Two 105 cm beds. Can set up extra crib. "Reynolds Room" - Original wallpaper from the 30s, about 12 sqm with tiled stove (note: no fires), two windows, door to kitchen and to "June's Room" (possibility to rent two rooms together). Two separate 105 cm beds. Can set up an extra child's bed. Renovated very little and therefore has older wear, charming we think! "Junes Rum" - about 10 sqm, small room with sleeping alcove. Three beds, two that are together. Two windows, door to the hall and to "Reynolds Room." Small and cozy! All the rooms can be locked. Fire escape and smoke detector are available. All the bedrooms are located upstairs. There is also a shared lounge and a larger bathroom with toilet, shower and changing table. There are windows. Shared glass porch both upstairs and downstairs. Downstairs, there is access to a fully equipped kitchen with dining areas, as well as a serving room and a smaller dining room. This area is shared with the host and must always be left in a tidy condition. No dishwasher. You can sit outside in the garden on lovely days and evenings! Barbecue area by the barn. The price includes bed linens and towels. There is the possibility to buy eggs, and if the host is able, breakfast can be arranged at a price of SEK 150 per person. Please talk to the host about this if desired. Note: No WIFI A WARM WELCOME TO A GENUINE AND COZY ACCOMMODATION! Guest access Access to a fully equipped kitchen and dining room on the lower floor. This area can also be used by the host for any events in the yard. Always leave the common areas clean after each use. Large, lush garden and crops. Barbecue area by the barn. Other things to note This is a unique accommodation considering the age of the house and the careful renovation. But at the same time wonderfully romantic, cozy and authentic, and you have a nice experience. Clean and cozy with a friendly and nice host couple. CANCELLATION This listing applies a "Moderate" cancellation policy. This means that if you cancel five days or more before check-in, it is not refundable. This is because many people want to book. CHECK-OUT We would like you to leave the house in a nice and tidy condition and read the house manual, which is available in the house. We have set a low cleaning fee to still freshen up for the next guests, but we would like you to leave it as you would want to find it upon arrival. If you want, you can pay for the entire cleaning at a cost of SEK 1,500. Talk to the host upon arrival. WIFI Unfortunately, there is no Wi-Fi in the house. WASHING MACHINE Guests do not have access to the washing machine. But if there's something urgent, talk to the host.
