Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Our charming listing is perfectly located in the center of Yorktown. Not only will you enjoy the convenience of being just steps away from hiking trails (Turkey Mountain, Bear Mountain, etc) you will also be just 12 minutes away from the Metro-North (which can have you in Grand Central Station in just one hour and 7 minutes, to visit all of the NYC attractions). You'll also find yourself less than one minute away shops. NY without the NYC caos. The space THE PROPERTY: Has a fully-equipped, renovated kitchen with brand new appliances. It has a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and deep and big refrigerator. Also, the house has a living room equipped with 55" Smart TV, central A/C, Wi-Fi access and heat. The house also has a full laundry in-unit with washer and dryer (on second floor between the two bedrooms). BEDROOMS: Both bedrooms listed are on the second floor. They both have a queen size bed. The master bedroom has a dressing area with a vanity that can be used as a desk. The second bedroom also has a smaller vanity for makeup, and a full desk fir work. Both rooms are about 21' long. There's plenty of space, small workstations in the master room & the second bedroom. Both rooms have a lot of natural light, and good energy. If you need a third bedroom and gym, and you let us know in advance, we may open access to third bedroom and personal gym in our basement for a fee. Our dining room table only has 4 chairs, but we a kitchen peninsula with 3 high chairs to eat breakfast or snacks on the counter top. We have a few areas in out side and backyard for relaxing during warmer days. There is a fire pit on the lower side with comfortable furniture. And two chairs to lounge with a big umbrella to sit and relax with your favorite book and refreshment. AIRPORTS: Westchester Airport: 25 minutes John F. Kennedy Airport: 55 minutes Newark Airport: 1 hour Guest access This is a self check-in property. Other things to note Due to allergies, pets are not allowed on the premises Please keep door closed at all times to prevent flies from entering We kindly request that you turn off the Air Conditioners & lights when you leave the property. There will be a $100 deep cleaning fee to remove odors if any smoking (of anything) is done inside the unit. Smoking is also prohibited and penalized (read rules). Enjoy your stay!
