Looking for a place to get away from it all or coming to the area to go fishing? We invite you to come and enjoy a peaceful stay at our cozy 1 bedroom apartment located in Old Englewood! We are 4 blks from Historic Dearborn St which offers shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, live music, entertainment. We are 5 minutes from Englewood Beach, Blind Pass Beach, Manasota Beach, Stump Pass State Park, 4 blks from Indian Mound. 5.6 miles from Cool Day Park-Atlanta Braves Spring Training facility. The space Our cozy apartment sleeps up to 3 travelers and features one bedroom, two very comfortable twin beds that can be made into a split king. There is a sliding door that separates the bedroom from the living area. Full Bathroom with two sinks, Shower with tub. The cozy living/kitchen area has a loveseat that pulls out to a twin bed, coffee table, table with 4 chairs, Flatscreen TV with Roku and access to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon and more. The kitchen has all the basic amenities you need to prepare a delicious meal. We provide some of the amenities such as coffee, Tea, bottled water, cream sugar for your convenience. You can enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks at the outdoor table and chairs. For your trips to the beach there are two beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, umbrella, sand sifters to find sharks teeth and a beach buggy to carry it all! We have plenty of parking for your boat or RV. If interested, we can accommodate a fishing trip or a boat ride through the intercoastal waterway at an additional cost.
