Ioulis Century Home
Ioulis Century Home
Description
A landmark house, unique in Ioulis. Literally built into the rocks that surround it, it tells a story in every room - on every hour. Spacious & playful, it boasts diverse indoor & outdoor spaces, suitable for families & groups of friends. Rustic yet rejuvenated, it maintains its historic charm while featuring modern amenities. A stone’s throw from the main parking & the village main square, yet hidden & secluded to provide total privacy. Let the views & the sunsets speak for themselves. The space Ioulis Century Home is located in the most picturesque lower part of the village. It quietly sits at the end of a serene cobblestone alley, right next to the house & atelier of the most famous Greek painter, Alekos Fassianos. The house has two gates, as it can be approached from two different alleys. There are also two doors to the house itself, each serves you best depending on the gate used. The house unfolds in two levels, connected with an internal stone-built staircase. As the plot’s surface is inclined, both levels ‘feel’ like ground floor. On the upper level there’s a beautiful terrace and a balcony, both overlooking the Aegean Sea and boasting magic sunset views. The living room with the double day bed & couches plus the first bathroom are found at the upper level. On the lower level there’s the full kitchen & dining area with a huge sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with a double bed & 2 single beds, a storage room and the second bathroom. Two further patios are found at the lower level, one has a wonderful sea view and a hammock, the other has a traditional oven, a BBQ and a second (exterior) kitchen. It’s tricky to describe, words don’t do it justice, there’s a surprise in every corner of the plot & house.. Plot Surface : 310 square meters Interior Spaces : 118 Square Meters Number of beds : 6 (3 doubles, 2 singles, 1 sofa bed) Registration details 1156391
