The space Inside the private entrance, you'll find the laundry area, with laundry soap and dryer sheets provided. An interior entrance with a deadbolt opens to the fully equipped kitchen and a breakfast nook with coffee bar and your choice of coffee options. The full bath has been remodeled and includes linens. A spacious living area includes an office nook with roll-top desk, and four-person high-top table & bar stools, a sleeping nook with queen bed and pull-out drawers, a spacious closet, a small conversation area, and the living room area with tv. Additionally, a private bedroom includes plenty of dressers, a queen bed and spacious walk-in closet. Samsung tv equipped with Roku allows you to watch your steaming services and facilitates check out times. Guest access Guest will be messaged door code for private guest entrance and instructions for the off-street parking area. Other things to note We live on the upper floors of this massivly huge Historic home so are close by if needed. We spend our time in the rear area of the house so our guests won't be bothered by noise. Guests have access to our yard, and are ocassionally met with wagging tales from Ivy--our friendly Golden Retriever, and Jazzy--our sassy Pomerian.
