A newly renovated cottage with a fantastic location right by Lake Vänern. The summer offers lovely sunsets over the lake. There is a sauna and access to your own jetty with bathing facilities and a canoe to borrow. There's also a rowboat to borrow. The house is located in a small summer cottage area, about 15 km from Lidköping. There is a small public swimming area, marina and proximity to hiking trails. Within a few miles you will find Lake Vänern's most beautiful sandy beach, Svalnäs, Läckö Castle and the famous fishing port Spiken. The space The cottage has 3 bedrooms with a total of 5 beds, a large living room and a kitchen with a dishwasher. Toilet with shower. Washing machine and dryer. Large terrace with roof and partially glazed. There is a sauna with shower and changing room. Barbecue available. Guest access Locked spaces are not to be used by guests. Other things to note During the winter season, a gate key is required to enter the area. Please contact the host prior to arrival to check out the key. The host charges a handling fee, SEK 500, upon handing over the gate key. The fee is refunded at check-out and return of the key.
