Our "Strandperle" is a beautiful, stylish studio apartment with a spacious kitchen and a large bathroom. The apartment is on the ground floor and also offers a terrace for a cozy stay. The space The studio is centrally located in the Leopoldshafen district. Public parking options are available nearby. The kitchen is fully equipped, a pad coffee machine and coffee pads for the first cozy coffee on site are available. You can choose from the abundant assortment of tea. Linens, towels and bathrobes are all provided. Fast Wi-Fi is of course available free of charge. The tram can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. By train you can reach Karlsruhe every 20 minutes in about 30 minutes. The nature of the Alterhein, our wonderful swimming lake are also only 10 minutes away on foot. Various supermarkets are easily accessible. KIT Campus Nord is a 10-minute drive. Bicycles can be parked in our yard. Guest access We usually greet our guests personally. However, self check-in is always possible by arrangement. Other things to note Pets are welcome with us, we charge a flat rate of €25 on site. Would you like to schedule check-in at a different time?
