Farmhouse and outbuilding with pool

Located in the countryside, 4 km from the village, 20 minutes from Lake Guerlédan and 40 minutes from the Bay of Saint Brieuc, this 18th century farmhouse and its outbuilding offers you an ideal setting to meet with family or friends. You will have access to a heated outdoor swimming pool (open May - September), a playground/boules court and a barn that houses ping pong table, foosball and other outdoor games as well as a private outdoor area. The space This farmhouse and its outbuilding are located on a shared estate with two other homes located about 50 meters away. The pool is open from May to September. The farmhouse is our place of residence during the rest of the year. Guest access You will have access to the entire property as well as the benefit of a private garden for your comfort. Other things to note The farmhouse and its outbuilding are located on a hectare of land, about 75 meters from other accommodations (sleeps 10 and 5) that are also available for rent during the months of July and August.
