The apartment is located in the quiet district of Borgo Trento, in a few minutes you can walk to the Civil Hospital, the Clinical Institute of the City of Brescia, the University of Brescia (Medicine and Engineering) and in 15 minutes you are in the historic center. Adjacent to the living area is a separate kitchenette, with an oven, refrigerator, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine with pods. There is a large and bright bedroom with a double bed, a reading armchair, a comfortable and functional workstation with 2 benches, and spacious closets where you can store your clothes. In the windowed bathroom, divided into 2 distinct areas, you will find a practical washing machine, a niche shower, sink, mirror, storage cabinet, toilet and bidet. Our apartment is perfect for both short holiday stays and longer business stays, as it is equipped with all amenities: - wifi and TV; - kitchen, bathroom and bed linen, and everything you need for cooking, including some appliances such as a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and mini pinner. -iron and ironing board, laundry rack and products for cleaning the house and for personal hygiene. The apartment is a few minutes (750m, 10 min walk) from the Marconi stop and the Ospedale stop of the Brescia metro. 1-minute walk from the nearest bus stop (lines 11, 13, 15, 16, 17 to the historic center and to the train station). 3 minutes on foot from a bike sharing station from which, by registering, you can take a free bike with which to visit the city. The apartment is on the second floor without an elevator and is entirely and exclusively at the guest's disposal. No pets allowed and smoking is prohibited. Under the house, in the condominium courtyard, you will find free parking spaces for the exclusive use of the condominiums. The apartment is located in a very quiet neighborhood where you can find all kinds of shops: bakeries, pastry bars, fruit and vegetable shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, pizzerias, restaurants... all useful services to make the most of your stay in the city.
