Minutes to the city, hiking, shopping, colleges, everything you need is close by. The apartment has a toaster oven, microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker and washer and dryer. Large black sofa has 4 recliners! It is a private area closed off from the rest of the house. Weekly housekeeping can be arranged for an added fee. I look forward to hosting you! Other things to note The area is separate from the rest of the house. It is part of a private residence so no parties and no smoking! And 4 people maximum:)
