Beautiful Village House, Dorset

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish house on the edge of picture postcard English countryside. The house has been tastefully decorated throughout to suit 6-8 people perfectly and has stunning views out the windows. Its setting is tranquil with lovely walks from the house, yet it is only 2 miles from the Abbey and Castle town of Sherborne and 20 minutes from hip Bruton and the Newt. The Jurassic coast is 45minutes away and there are numerous pubs and restaurants nearby. The space The house consists of 4 bedrooms and has 1 x king bed, 1x double bed, 3 x single beds and 1 x single trundle bed. The Kitchen table seats 8 comfortably and the dining table can accommodate up to 12 people. There is a laundry room upstairs and the kitchen has all necessary appliances needed, an Aga in the winter and electric oven and small hob in the summer. We have a heated swimming pool in the months of June-September, there is a pool house with sink, loo and shower adjacent to this. Please note the pool is not fenced in. We have a couple overseeing the house, they live in an annex separate to the house. If you need anything like meals cooked or house cleaning whilst you are here this is extra by arrangement. Guest access There is one bedroom that is not accessible at the moment due to incompletion for guests but this is not part of what is listed. Other things to note There is a couple who look after the maintenance of the property, they live in the flat above the garages, and have a dog, they will not be in your way but if anything is urgent you can speak with them.
