The price is for the whole house and does not depend on the number of guests. A 10-minute walk from the house you can walk to the Panichkata Dam, as well as visit the rock monastery of the Monks. The village of Avren is 30 km from Varna. Kamchia Reserve and Beach are 25 km away. Neofit Rilski Historical Park is 30 km away. Rock phenomenon Pobitite Kamani is 30 km away. Guest access Access is for the entire property! Use of a hot pool with a Jacuzzi is extra charge! Booking a hot pool with a Jacuzzi in the period October - June is with a minimum of 5 days' notice! Use of a hot pool - Jacuzzi for the period November - May -150 BGN, plus 50 BGN per day! Use of a hot pool - Jacuzzi for the period May-October - BGN 80, plus BGN 30 per day ! Use of a pool without heating - no charge!
