By car: 5 min to Guipry-Messac and Bain de Bretagne 15 min from Lohéac The space The gîte de la Bourgonniere is accessible via its private parking (3 spaces). It's almost invisible from the country road because it's hidden behind a country stone cottage. Our guests appreciate this location with peace and quiet guaranteed! The wooden terrace, accessible from your parking lot, is beautifully vegetated. This characterful gite will bring you freshness in summer with its exposed stones on the ground floor. You will enter the living room - kitchen through the terrace. There are two sofas (non-convertible) with a coffee table, flat-screen TV and free wifi. Housed under the large stone fireplace, an ethanol stove brings a cozy and warm effect in winter. Kitchen is equipped with new: a refrigerator with a freezer section, dishwasher, two-burner glass-ceramic stovetop, microwave, mini oven, two coffee makers (one filter and one Senseo), a kettle, a toaster, electrical and USB outlets, dishes, large turntable in a kitchen cabinet to store your food. The basic maintenance kit is provided: dishwashing liquid, sponge, towel, wipes, garbage bag, hand soap, vacuum cleaner, broom, broom brush, mop, floor care product. Upstairs, the "Alice" suite, composed of a queen size bed and a single bed awaits you, with a view of the countryside and our animals (depending on their pasture). The twin room "Arthur", with two single beds, is just as charming. A bathroom, separate from the toilet, is equipped with a shower, sink, hair dryer, bath towels (two per person), bath mat, shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, paper tissues. Guest access The entire gîte is available to guests, with a private terrace where you can eat on sunny days. To facilitate access at night, there is a night lighting of the parking lot and terrace. Access to a 4-lane road 5 min away. You will stay in the countryside and you will certainly have the pleasure of seeing our animals: horses 🐴, goats, chickens, cats, and a dog 🐶 The vacation rental is located close to a wood, where you can take a walk. You will certainly be able to see some forest animals there... For cyclists: a room is provided to store your bikes.
