During your stay By phone or text message Other things to note 1) Terms and Conditions of stay for guests at the Agritourism Farm "Agro u Murzyna" 1. Guests should prepay for their stay in order to make a reservation, the remaining amount should be paid on the day of arrival. 2. The fee for unused nights and booking payments are non-refundable. 3. The check-in time is 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and the check-out time is 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. 4. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. 5. During the stay, the Guest independently takes care of the order in the room, common areas such as the corridor, general kitchen, bathrooms and around the building. 6. The guest bears full responsibility, including material liability, for any damage and destruction of the accommodation and its equipment, electrical devices and for the equipment around the building caused by his/her actions or those of his/her dependents. 7. Please do not leave children unattended by adults/guardians. Special care should be taken at the pool, stairs, electrical appliances, barbecue, campfire, trampolines, sauna, Russian bath and during all children's games. 8. The Guest should notify the Host of the damage. 9. A payment of PLN 50 is required for the loss of keys. 10. The behavior of people using agritourism services should not disturb the peaceful stay of other Guests and the observance of the night silence of other Guests. 11. The Host has the right to cancel the reservation without a refund for persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaving aggressively. 12. The Hosts are not responsible for the property of the Guests and are not responsible for leaving, losing or damaging movable property belonging to the Guests, including in particular for damage caused to property as a result of flooding, theft or other random events. 13. Free, unguarded parking is available. Hosts are not liable for damage caused to vehicles by third parties. 14. Smoking and e-cigarettes are prohibited in the building and in the forest. The smoking area is outside. 15. The guest is obliged to segregate garbage. Please do not litter on the lawn or in the woods. 16. We allow pets after prior arrangement with the Host and paying the appropriate fee. Owners are required to clean up after their pets. 17. If you use a sauna or a Russian bath, it should be agreed one day in advance to ensure proper preparation. 18. For your safety, the Agro area is monitored 24 hours a day. 19. Access to Agro animals after consultation with the Host. Staying on the farm is at your own risk.
