On the ground floor, there is a large, spacious living room/kitchen renovated with a cocooning atmosphere, 1 portable air conditioner and 1 fan. Fully equipped kitchen. 1 kettle and a Senseo coffee maker are at your disposal. Upstairs, 1 large bedroom (blue bedroom) of 20 m2 with 1 double bed 140×190, 1 large dressing room, 1 fan and 1 bedroom of 14 m2 (green bedroom) with 1 double bed 140×190, 1 dressing room and 1 fan. An bathroom with an Italian shower and an independent toilet. Please specify the desired room (blue room or green room) when you book. 1 folding crib and a baby chair can be provided if needed. The rooms will be prepared according to the number of guests appearing on the reservation, so be sure to book with the correct number of guests. We will not accept an unplanned additional guest.
