You’ll enter through the side/rear door into a welcoming foyer, leading into a fully equipped, chef-friendly kitchen with views out to the ocean. A convenient laundry area (washer/dryer) is located just off the kitchen. On the water-facing side of the home, the kitchen flows seamlessly into a warm and inviting living area, where large windows flood the space with natural light and frame the ocean beyond. One main-floor bedroom (queen bed) is tucked quietly at the back of the home, along with a full bathroom featuring both a soaking tub and a separate standing shower. Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms (one with a queen bed and one with two single beds), all outfitted with deluxe linens and soft cotton bedding. A standout feature of the home is the intimate upstairs sitting area, complete with swivel chairs overlooking the water, a perfect nook for a quiet morning coffee or a relaxed evening cocktail.
