Nestled in Guavate, the heart of the renowned "Ruta del Lechón" (Pork Highway), this is the ideal retreat to fully experience Puerto Rican Chinchorreo culture. The space Bomba y Plena is a cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment, equipped with air conditioning and a water heater for your comfort. The living area features a 4-seat dining table and a small sofa, with a 42" smart TV available in the living room only. The kitchen is fully stocked with essentials, including a sink, soap dispenser, dish rack, fridge, microwave, 2-burner stove, cookware, cups, plates, utensils, coffee maker (greca), and coffee mugs. The bathroom provides toilet paper, travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, shower cap, makeup remover, and towels. Both bedrooms are furnished with a queen bed, nightstands, two pillows per bed, linens, a blanket, and a bed cover for convenience and comfort. In the event of a power outage, our facility is equipped with a generator that will automatically turn on to restore power. Guest access A second-floor balcony offers a stunning and unique perspective for photos. Capturing a sunset over the mountains is truly priceless! Other things to note The Estancias Borikén apartments are located on the second floor of Guavate Village, accessible only by stairs as there is no elevator. Commercial businesses occupy ground level, not open at night, except for the gym. Parking spaces are available for our guests. Several restaurants are just a short walk away, some play live music. Guavate is known for their bustling and energetic weekend vibe, noise levels can be loud at times.
