The Evenlode: Stylish 1BR Home Near Oxford

The Evenlode is a charming and tastefully furnished one bedroom apartment located conveniently between Oxford, Kidlington, Banbury and Bicester. The apartment comprises of a double bedroom, open plan living-dining-kitchen and bathroom. There is parking for one vehicle. The apartment and location provide an excellent base for short term rental of a few days, or an extended stay of many weeks or months if you are require relocation or temporary accommodation in the area. The space The Evenlode is situated in a quiet side street approximately one kilometre from Oxford-London Airport. The sleeping arrangements consist of a double bed in the bedroom and two pull down single beds in the living room. If you are a party of three or more guests and require the pull down beds, then there is an additional charge of £50.00 for the bed linen for the single beds. This helps us keep the nightly rate low for when there are only two guests -Open plan living/dining/kitchen area -Furnished living room (work desk, TV, media stand, sofa, easy chair) -Furnished dining area (dining table and chairs) -Fitted kitchen (electric oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave) -Bathroom (shower, wash stand, WC) -Bedroom (double bed, built-in wardrobe, TV, side tables) -French doors leading to private patio -Private parking space (additional guest parking available) -WiFi included -Bed linen and towels included -Spacious open green area immediately outside the home Additional notes -The nearby airport services private small planes only, but there may be occasional limited amount of aircraft noise when you are outside of the property. This cannot be heard from within the home. -Sorry but missing or lost keys are charged at £50 per key to cover cost of cutting and re-instating to the property. -Only named guests are allowed access to the home. If someone has booked on your behalf, please ensure that they have given all of your details. Guest access This home is for your own private use. The host reserves the right to access the property with 24 hours notice in case any emergency repairs are required, allow access for gardening etc.
