Charming basement villa of 130 km2 divided into entrance level, hall, dressing room, living room with fireplace, two bedrooms, a toilet with shower cabin, a large living room with large windows and an outstanding sea view. A cozy and fully-equipped kitchen/dining room. From the living room and living room you have access to a glazed terrace. Lower level, one bathroom and on the lower part of the plot a guest house. Across the road there is an older boathouse/sports shed. Other things to note Bed linens and towels can be provided for a fee. The fee is SEK 80 per person and stay.
