With Bordeaux just 1.5hrs away, Toulouse 2 hours, and Bergerac under an hour, there's lots to see and do and great wine to be enjoyed. This is the first year we've made the house available for rent. The space This is very large house set over 4 floors including a basement. Ground Floor: - kitchen - dining room - living room - study - breakfast terrace - evening terrace with barbecue First Floor (sleeps 8): - 2 large double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms - 2 other large double bedrooms - family bathroom - toilet Second Floor (sleeps 6-8): - large double bedroom with en-suite shower room - large twin room with adjacent "box room" with double bed - large double bedroom Basement: - laundry area Outside: - 15m long pool with large decked area - long drive-way setting the house well back from the very quiet road - approx. 1 hectare of gardens - river at the bottom of the garden Other things to note We have people who come to manage change-overs, service the pool, keep the garden tidy, and be available to help with guest queries. They often stay in one of the barns adjacent to the house. We ask that guests allow them access to the pool and garden to perform these duties. The property is set in over 1 hectare of land so there is plenty of space on site.
