Exclusive villa with sea access

Beautiful villa equipped with all amenities, recently renovated and with direct access to the sea. It is characterized by a charming layout and decor, which combines the typical Mediterranean style of the area with a refined design with a contemporary taste in the best possible way. The residential part consists of a main nucleus - The Villa - with an upper and a lower floor, and a detached annex, located closer to the sea. The space On the upper floor of the main body of the Villa, 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 single with a sofa bed and a half) and 2 bathrooms/shower. One of these rooms is larger ("king-size" room with en-suite bathroom), with sea view and access, through large windows, to a terrace with panoramic views. The adjacent single room also enjoys panoramic sea views and access to the terrace. The other double bedroom and the single bedroom both have access to the additional bathroom/shower through a small hallway. From the small hallway, through a beautiful spiral staircase in local stone, you enter the lower floor, where there is the living area characterized by large and bright windows overlooking the terrace and the sea. A half-open partition wall divides the kitchen/dining area from the relaxation area. On one side, there is a large island kitchen, fully equipped with an adjoining dining area and table for 8/10 seats; on the other side, the relaxation area with sofas, armchairs, fireplace for the winter (with diffusion system throughout the house), TV and Hi-Fi stereo. In this area there is an additional bathroom (without shower). Continuing outside, through the large windows of the living area, you enter a large shaded patio overlooking the sea, set up with garden furniture, a 10-seater table, and a barbecue corner. The patio stretches over a beautiful brick square with live stone, across which you can go down the stairs to a second terrace overlooking the sea, with masonry sofas and cushions. Continuing on, you reach a third square, where there is a trullo annex with a "king-size" bedroom and en-suite bathroom/shower; outside, a shower area, especially useful when returning from the sea. Finally, even further down, you reach the last terrace from which, through a gate and then a stepped path, at about 30 m you enter the marine state area and then arrive at a comfortable cove, equipped with a concrete sunbathing platform; from here, descending the few steps you can comfortably dive into the sea. N.B.: We recommend the use of comfortable rubber shoes, or sneakers, to walk comfortably on the rocks. THINGS TO KNOW The property is not fully fenced and is not suitable for people with mobility difficulties. There are in fact several stairs to walk from the parking area to the villa and from the villa to the access to the sea. Other things to note The weekly price includes: water, gas and electricity consumption (up to a maximum weekly consumption of 250 kWh; any excess is charged to customers at a cost of €0.50 per kWh); bed and bath linen with a midweek change; the rearrangement and cleaning of the house twice a week by the service staff in charge.
