Exclusive villa with sea access

Beautiful villa with all comforts, recently renovated and with direct access to the sea. It is characterized by a setting and furnishings of great charm, which combines in the best way the typical Mediterranean style of the area with a refined design with contemporary taste. The living area consists of a main core - The Villa - with an upper and a lower floor, and a detached annex, located closer to the sea. The space Upstairs of the main body of the Villa, 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 single with a single sofa bed) and 2 bathrooms/shower. One of these rooms is larger ("king-size" room with en-suite bathroom), with sea view and access, through large windows, to a terrace with panoramic view. The adjacent single room also enjoys a panoramic view of the sea and access to the terrace. The other double bedroom and the single bedroom both have access to the additional bathroom/shower through a small hallway. From the small hallway, through a beautiful local stone spiral staircase, you access the lower floor, where the living area characterized by large and bright windows overlooking the terrace and the sea is located. A half-open partition wall separates the kitchen/dining area from the relaxation area. On one side, there is a large island kitchen, fully equipped with adjoining dining area and table for 8/10 seats; on the other side, the relaxation area with sofas, armchairs, fireplace for the winter (with diffusion system for the whole house), TV and Hi-Fi stereo. In this area, there is an additional service bathroom (without shower). Continuing outside, through the large windows of the living area, you enter a large shaded patio overlooking the sea, set up with garden furniture, a 10-seater table and a barbecue corner. The patio stretches over a beautiful brick square with living stone, which you can walk down stairs to a second terrace overlooking the sea, with masonry sofas and cushioning. Still continuing, you reach a third square, where there is a trullo annex with a "king-size" bedroom and en-suite bathroom/shower; outside, a shower area, useful especially for when you return from the sea. Finally, even further down, you arrive at the last terrace from which, through a gate and then a stepped path, about 30 meters you can access the area of marine estate and then reach a comfortable cove, equipped with a concrete sun lounger platform; from here, descending the few steps you can immerse yourself comfortably in the sea. N.B.: Comfortable rubber shoes are advised for walking comfortably on the rocks. NEED TO KNOW The property is not fully fenced and is not suitable for people with mobility difficulties. In fact, there are several stairs to walk from the parking area to the villa and from the villa to access the sea. Other things to note The weekly price includes: water, gas and electricity consumption (up to a maximum weekly consumption of 250 kWh; any excess is borne by customers at a cost of € 0.50 per kWh); bed and bath linen with a mid-week change; the reorganization and cleaning of the house twice a week by the service staff in charge.
