Older charming farmhouse
Description
We rent out an old farmhouse from the 1850s. The farm is very active with dairy cows, sheep, goats and free-range hens. The location is central in Etne and with a short distance to both the city center and to beautiful hiking opportunities in the Etne mountains. The space The house has a lot of history and is well kept. In 2024, several of the rooms got a renovation, but some rooms still remain. The house is somewhat low under the roof, as older houses often are. The farm is in full operation, so here there are chickens on the stairs and goats in the garage. Pets are allowed but there is a leash requirement here all year round. Other things to note The kitchen is well-equipped. In the bathroom there are clean towels and soap, but you must bring your own bed linen. Unfortunately, the wood-burning stove is not in use, but a new heat pump has been installed and small stoves are available.
