Come and discover our family house of character in the heart of the Vosges plain. An atypical house from 1777, with a soul and where every corner deserves to be explored A green cocoon where it's nice to meet for moments with family or friends. Located in the historic heart of the village, local shops are within walking distance. The space Family house of character, classified 3 stars in the category of furnished tourist accommodation and can accommodate 10 people. It consists on the ground floor of an entrance overlooking a large fully equipped open kitchen (fridge, cooking piano, microwave, blender, Tassimo coffee maker, filter coffee maker, kettle and toaster). Raclette, fondue, pierrade, crêpe party are available on request. A six-person bar separates the kitchen from the living room of 45m². It includes a dining area (table 12 people), a TV lounge (two sofas) and a fireplace. Toilet with separate sink. Upstairs, a large bathroom of 15 m² offering shower and bathtub as well as a double vanity. Bathroom linens are provided. Adjoining this room, a second shower and laundry area with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. In the center a 20m2 mezzanine games room. On the second floor, five bedrooms are offered: three in double bed, one in twin bed, one in a duplex equipped with a double bed. A baby area with a bed and changing table is present. The central mezzanine is set up as an office. Separate toilet on this floor. The bedrooms are equipped with storage, you will find the beds made on arrival. Outdoor areas are accessed through window doors from the kitchen, dining, and living room. A covered terrace and an outdoor terrace are equipped with a 10-person table, a gas barbecue and a small living room, they open onto a 2000 m² park. A heated outdoor above-ground pool and terrace are available from May to September (depending on the weather) on the property, as well as a trampoline. A two-car gated garage is available as well as a bike room. Guest access The house is fully accessible except for the attic and technical room. Other things to note Located in the historic heart of the village, you can enjoy a bakery, supermarket and pharmacy just a few minutes' walk away. The village offers different playgrounds and picnic areas as well as self-service electric bike rental (Vivolt). You can discover Fort d'Uxegney and its small tourist train in a five-minute walk. Many walks are also to be discovered around the village. The small market is present every Sunday morning with its local producers and roast chicken. Some evenings of the week a food truck and pizza truck offer their specialty. The Bouzey Lake tourist complex is accessible by bike or a five-minute drive. Lake tour, playground, pedal boat and catering await you on sunny days. 9 km away you will find the city of Épinal, the city of images. Its castle, basilica, imagery, and the museum of contemporary art will allow you to discover the local cultural heritage. Olympic swimming pool, bowling, climbing wall, cinema among others are also present in the city. For globetrotters, Gerardmer, its lake and ski slopes are accessible within 1 hour by car. The first hiking trails and tourist site of Alsace are 1.5 hours away by car. In December, Christmas markets are set up in the area.
