The space On the inner courtyard, the studio includes: - A living room/bedroom with a double bed of 140 x 200 cm. - A dressing room for easy storage of your belongings (hangers, small ironing board, iron, drying rack, vacuum cleaner), - A dining table for two people, - A couch, - An office space, - A TV cabinet with Smart TV and storage, - A bathroom with bathtub, vanity unit, towel rail, hair dryer, shower gel, shampoo and toilet. The functional kitchen is equipped to prepare meals. (Dishes, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, etc.) Bed sheets, bath towels, dishcloths, shower gel, shampoo, sponges and dish soap provided. Free Wi-Fi and Fibre Guest access You will have access to the entire home. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from Sciences Politiques, 6 minutes from the Jardin Darcy and its fountain, 7 minutes from Place Darcy and trams to get around Dijon easily and access the Toison d'Or, Cité de la Gastronomie, faculties, CHU, Valmy, Conservatoire, Palais des Congrès... Access to the train station or Les Halles du Marché is a 10min walk. You will be 15 minutes from Place de la Libération, its Palais des Ducs and the Tour Philippe Le Bon, the Musée des Beaux-Arts, Place Émile Zola, de République ... Supermarket 3 min, Bakery, Tobacco, Butcher 8 min! Paid parking on the street from Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 12:30 pm and from 2 pm to 7 pm at the price of €4.20 per day or €3.30 for 6 hours of parking. Free on Sundays and public holidays. Walking 10 minutes, you will find streets with free parking.
