A cozy holiday house with sauna in a beautiful quiet place is waiting for you! The Kõhe farm holiday house receives guests all year round. The holiday house is located in Elva parish, Tartu county, 25 km from the center of Tartu towards Viljandi, 20 km from Elva city (near Puhja). The space Holiday house on two floors, size 75m². On the ground floor there is a kitchenette with a bar counter, a living room with a nice large sofa, a sauna and laundry room, a toilet. Sauna with electric heater. In the kitchen corner there is a fridge, kettle, stove, microwave, all the necessary dishes. On the second floor there is a bedroom with 1 wide double bed, 4 single beds. The first floor's fold-out sofa bed can also be used for sleeping. Bed linen and towels are available in the holiday home. Wi-Fi in the building, TV. Security gates on the stairs between the floors, both down and up. The holiday house has everything you need to be comfortable! Outside, a spacious private terrace overlooking the pond and forest, Kõhe farm's beauty garden. Picnic table on the terrace, it is possible to use the barbecue with accessories. We ask that visitors bring their own charcoal or wood. NB! The overnight price does not include the use of the sauna. If desired, a sauna for an extra charge of 25€ heating time (4h).
