Be close to everything when you stay at this modern home in Tutukaka. It is a newly built, high spec holiday home right in the heart of this stunning coast. We have plenty of space for cars, trailers, and boats on the driveway and under the carport. The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a full size kitchen, an open living area, and an outdoor entertainment area. The master bedroom has an ensuite with a queen bed, walk in wardrobe and an AC/heat unit. Guest bedroom #2 has a queen bed, closet, and AC/heat unit. Guest bedroom #3 has a double bed and a baby cot, closet, and AC/heat unit. If you plan to travel with an infant, please let us know in advance. The second full bathroom is between the two guest bedrooms. The open-plan kitchen has all the quality appliances including fridge/freezer, oven, stovetop, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, tea, coffee, and a sandwich grill. In the lounge area you’ll find board games, a smart TV (you can sign in and stream Netflix, Disney, Prime, etc), sound system (connection via bluetooth). There is also an AC/heat unit in the lounge area. There are two sliding doors in the kitchen and lounge which open up to the outdoor deck. On the deck you’ll find an outdoor couch, dining table, cantilever umbrella, and a cornhole set. There’s plenty of space for kids to have fun outdoors. A full laundry room with washer/dryer is available in the house. Note: laundry detergent not provided, but can be purchased at the general store (2 minute walk).
