The space The apartment features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa bed, television, internet, private balcony, a small but cozy workspace, an iron, a hair dryer, and access to 1 vehicle parking space (at no additional cost). Each bedroom has its own independent air conditioning unit. Additionally, the gym is located on the Roof Top (at no extra cost) if you want to work out. The building is very centrally located and is: ¬ 5 minutes from San Pedro Garza García ¬ 14 minutes from Parque Fundidora / Cintermex ¬ 6 minutes from Macroplaza and Obispado ¬ 28 minutes from the Airport ¬ One block from the CAS (Applicant Service Center) for U.S. visas (walking distance). Additional spaces (at an extra cost and subject to availability): ¬ You can rent an outdoor space on the Roof Top or one of the event rooms for a small gathering or barbecue. You must arrange access and payments with the host. ¬ If you need laundry facilities, they are located on the Ground Floor (charged per load). Safety and peace of mind. The building is a protected, orderly, and quiet space so you can feel secure throughout your stay. It features: ¬ 24/7 security guard ¬ Controlled access: official ID is required for each guest to generate an entry QR code ¬ Video surveillance cameras in common areas (hallways and entrances). Surroundings and nearby services: ¬ On the corner of the building's street there is a convenience store (typically 24/7), nearby restaurants, a National Guard facility, and public transportation options. Guest access The base price covers up to 4 guests. Starting from the fifth guest, there is an additional charge per person per night (except for children under 2 years old). That’s why it’s important that your reservation accurately reflects the total number of guests staying, so we can offer you the best experience and avoid any issues. Other things to note There is also a sofa bed in the dining area that can serve as an additional bed (for one additional person or 2 kids). You can additionally access a washer/dryer in the building's facilities, which has an additional cost per load.
