Your little home

As a couple, with friends, family or on the go, our gîte can accommodate up to 6 people. On one level, it has been completely renovated in the middle of a large fenced garden in a small Burgundian village near Champagne. The courtyard allows you to park at least three cars easily and safely. Our gîte will change your scenery and offer you moments of calm and rest. The space The accommodation consists of a large living room with a dining room, a living room with a 2-seater sofa bed and a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilets. Upon arrival, the beds will be made and the towels will be provided. Located in the center of a large fenced garden, the house will allow you to recharge your batteries, enjoy the exteriors in peace. Guest access Guests have the entire house and garden, a large terrace to eat meals on sunny days, garden furniture sheltered by an arbor, and sun loungers to relax. A secure lockbox is available for self check-in or we can be available to welcome you. Other things to note Our gîte is located in a small village Sainte Colombe sur Seine in Côte d'Or in the national park of deciduous forests and very close to the Crémant de Bourgogne road. We are close to the small town of Châtillon-sur-Seine, where you will find all amenities. Easy access through various highway exits: Bierre les Semur, Chaumont, Troyes, Auxerre...
