Beautiful Cal Felipet cottage in Cerdanya Olopte

Cal Felipet is a rural house in the center of Olopte. Until January 2025 it was the Hotel Cal Felipet. This is a 17th century house. In your request you can put 16 people in 8 rooms (180 cm double bed and bathroom inside). However, the maximum capacity is for 26 guests in 11 suites and up to 4 extra beds. If you want to host more than 16 people, ASK US. You rent the whole house, we only host one group per stay. The space The price includes 8 suites for up to 18 people (including 2 extra beds). For an additional cost, we can accommodate up to 8 more people, up to a total of 26 people (in 3 suites, up to a total of 11 suites). One of the rooms is an attic that has a double bed and two single beds in a separate space. Olopte is a small village of 30 inhabitants living in La Cerdanya with an old town and about fifty residential houses. The village is oriented to the sun, enjoying a very pleasant climate. Cerdanya is a historical territory of Catalonia divided in two after the Pyrenees Treaty of 1659 between Spain and France. As a result, Alta Cerdanya became part of the Eastern Pyrenees under French administration, while Baja Cerdanya remained in Spain, within the autonomous community of Catalonia. La Cerdanya is an open valley with a large plain. Being oriented from East to West allows you to enjoy many hours of sunshine, welcoming visitors throughout the year. La Cerdanya has two ski resorts (La Molina and La Masella) and is located about 45 minutes from resorts in the south of France and Andorra. It has a golf course. Guest access ROOMS It has 11 spacious suites (double rooms with separate private bathroom). The published price per night includes 8 rooms (16 people) and, at an additional cost, you can have 3 more suites (26 people). One of the rooms is suitable for people with reduced mobility. The rooms have TVs. Bed linens and towels are included in the rooms. The rooms have personal hygiene products. BEDS The beds are 180 cm from the prestigious Coco-Mat brand whose mattress bases do not include springs, but are made with different layers of top-quality natural materials. DINING ROOM It has enough space and tables for all guests to enjoy meals together and comfortably. LIVING ROOM The living room is spacious and cozy with a 55" TV. It has a fireplace. Board games are available. KITCHEN The house has a full kitchen with everything you need to cook anything you want. We have a barbecue.
