House 60m from the beach and downtown Barra Grande

We've been hosting in the house since 2021 with great guest reviews. Ideal house for families or groups of KIters looking for proximity to the sea, comfort and privacy. We are just steps from the beach and the charming center of Barra Grande, with excellent restaurants and shops. The house is 100% powered by solar panels, fast and stable fiber internet to work in the home office. The space House with a beautiful garden, large swimming pool and large spaces, comfortable beds and everything well equipped. For those who come to practice KITE, we are 60 steps from the sand and at the best point of the beach for a challenging sail of 30 knots of winds between the months of July and December....we have instructors for beginner classes or accompaniment of sailing and Down Wind! Guest access All areas of the house are freely and exclusively accessible to guests, providing excellent privacy and comfort. Other things to note We have an employee to welcome guests.
