Welcome to our red Swedish house - in the charming wooden house district of Haselünne! Our vacation home is located close to Lake Haselünne and offers you relaxation and activities at the same time. The city center with its shops and restaurants is within easy reach. Explore the surroundings on numerous bicycle routes that lead you through the beautiful nature of the Emsland. Haselünne combines relaxation, nature and tradition – an ideal destination for your vacation! The space Welcome to our red Swedish house - in the charming wooden house district of Haselünne! Our vacation home offers everything you need for a relaxing break. The open living area is bright and inviting, ideal for socializing. The dining area can accommodate the whole family, while the fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals a pleasure. The small conservatory invites you to relax in any weather. The adjoining terrace is ideal for an outdoor breakfast or a cozy barbecue evening. The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed. Another bedroom has a bunk bed. Cabinets and storage facilities offer enough space for your luggage. Behind the house is a small, shaded & fenced garden area – ideal for dogs. Our vacation home has two free parking spaces right outside the door as well as a garden shed where you can safely park bicycles or other items. ** Important information about costs, deposit & ​Final cleaning fee** - A final cleaning fee of 55 Euros will be charged per stay. - For the use of the washing machine, a fee of 3.00 per wash will be charged on a trust basis, which will be paid ON SITE. - There is a one-time fee of 25 euros for each pet. This is to be paid BEFORE ARRIVAL. - A pet deposit of 50 euros is due BEFORE ARRIVAL. This will be refunded to you after the vacation home has been handed over free of defects (no damage and compliance with the house rules for a clean and tidy departure) no later than 7 days after your departure. - Towels and linens are provided free of charge!
