The 360 GuestHouse was born from two friends, Simone and Andrea with a great passion for travel and hospitality. The highlight is the Terrace, which is perfect for a simple moment of relaxation, and the proximity to the Leonardo Express train that connects to the airport, the Fair, and the center of Rome in a few minutes. The space The apartment has a large living room with a sofa bed and a large 55-inch Smart TV, a full and equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, toaster, and kettle, a double bedroom with a wardrobe and TV, and a private bathroom with a hot tub. Private and panoramic TERRACE with sofas for a perfect moment of relaxation. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the whole apartment. Access is independent via smart lock, so you can check in in total freedom, without time constraints. You will be sent a video tutorial with very simple instructions for entering the apartment. Other things to note Strategic location: the apartment is just a few minutes from Fiumicino airport and Parco Leonardo train station, which conveniently connects with the center of Rome and the Fiera di Roma. Area served: supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, a pharmacy, and a shopping center are within a few minutes' walk. Parking: Street parking is generally available and free. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, but it is possible to smoke on the terrace. The apartment is very close to Leonardo da Vinci airport and the Rome Fair (connected by a Leonardo Express train stop in 5 minutes) The Leonardo Express train stop is a 5-minute walk from the apartment and also conveniently connects to the center of Rome. The accommodation is equipped with all the comforts including fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a washing machine, and sheets, linens, and towels are always included. In the bathroom you will find a hairdryer, shower gel and shampoo. There are free and unguarded public parking lots on the street. Parties are prohibited in the apartment and smoking is prohibited. You can smoke on the terrace where you will find an ashtray. Pets are not allowed. For reasons of safety and respect for the neighborhood, no noise is allowed at night.
