The Welcome Center hours are Sunday to Thursday 9am to 5pm and Friday/Saturday 8am to 10pm. Minimum age required at check in is 25. There is a $250 damage deposit when you check in. Coconut Mallory's private boatslips are subject to availability. Guests of the resort may purchase at an additional fee. Parking for one vehicle is free, additional parking for cars and approved gas-powered golf carts is twenty five dollars a day. There is parking for scooters for a fee of ten dollars a day. If rented through Bone Island Scooters you can park for free. Other things to note Coconut Mallory's private boat slips are subject to availability.
