Comfortable chalet with fireplace

In Camprieu, charming chalet perfectly furnished, a 5-minute walk from Lac du Bonheur, on a high ground with shaded spaces and unobstructed views from the beautiful terrace. Equipped kitchen, cozy living room with fireplace, upstairs sleeping area. You will stay 15 minutes from Mont Aigoual, in the heart of the Cévennes National Park, its exceptional landscapes and its vast network of hikes. Numerous activities nearby, for a nature, quiet and relaxing vacation. The space The chalet is set on 1000m² of land. You will be able to park your vehicle near the chalet. A garage is also available on the ground floor. In front of the cottage you can enjoy a pleasant shaded outdoor space in summer. Outdoor furniture is available, as well as a newly installed electric plancha on the terrace (replacing the built-in barbecue). A flight of steps leads to the covered, southwest facing, step-free terrace. Through wide floor-to-ceiling windows you will access the beautiful fully equipped kitchen and living room with a beautiful fireplace. A toilet and sink complete the level. Upstairs, a first sleeping area includes 2 beds in 90 (possibility to gather them), a second space a 140 bed with en-suite shower room and toilet. These two spaces are separated only by a curtain; the bathroom is located in the area where the 140-cm bed is located. All the rooms of the cottage are very bright and special attention has been paid to the equipment of the chalet to ensure maximum comfort. Guest access You will have private access to the entire cottage and surrounding grounds. Other things to note You can pick up the keys from an on-site lockbox, the code of which will be sent to you by message the day before your arrival. You will have wood available for the fireplace. Please note that sheets and towels are not provided, so be sure to bring them. A bathmat and two dish towels are provided. All beds and pillows are equipped with protection. One duvet per bed is provided. The cleaning fee is included in the rental price. We'll show you some guidelines when you check out. In winter you will have to pay a contribution to the electricity costs of 10 euros per day, to be paid upon checkout. You have a filter coffee maker available in the chalet.
