The space The accommodation is a house offering many amenities for a pleasant stay. 🏡
 It consists of: - On the ground floor, living room with 4k TV, 280 channels available, Netflix and Amazon Prime with your codes, a dining room that leads to a fully equipped kitchen spacious and bright thanks to its cathedral roof, - On the 1st floor you will find a terracotta bedroom with its king size bed of 160cmx200cm , and a shower room with double vanity and toilet, - On the 2nd floor are two bedrooms, one with two single beds 90x190 (can be combined to offer a bed of 180x190) and the other with a double bed (140cm x 190cm) - All the bedding is French and quality for your comfort. - And finally you will find a relaxation and well-being space with jacuzzi (4 people lying down), sauna (2 people) and sofa located in the center of this house, our warm enchanted cellar, vaulted in red brick, renovated with the utmost care to allow you to spend a moment with lovers or friends unforgettable. All linens are provided. Possibility to book a bottle of champagne.🍾🥂 Free street parking in front of the house   Ideally located, all you have to do is take a few steps to find: - all local shops 🥐🥖(bakeries, cafes, butchers, restaurants, pharmacies, cinema, swimming pool) - 200m from the greenway connecting Évreux to Bec-Hellouin (42km total) for cycling or walking in the heart of nature - 100m from a playground for children, a football and basketball field Hobbies🚴🏻‍♂️🏊‍♂️🍿🏌🏻‍♀️: - The greenway: From the Neubourg you can choose to bike or walk to Evreux, (23km), to Harcourt where you can admire its famous castle and arboretum (8km) or go to Bec Hellouin, a village ranked among the most beautiful in France (19km) - Cinema - Municipal Swimming Pool - Market on Wednesday mornings - Walk in the Neubourg woods on a health trail and many trails - Battlefield Golf: 7 minutes by car - Battlefield Castle: 7 minutes by car. This castle is partially protected as historical monuments. - Château de Beaumesnil: 25 minutes by car. If you want to have the 3 bedrooms even if you are not 6 people, it is of course possible but remember to specify this when booking!! a supplement will be requested for the additional bed linen and cleaning ☺️
