Minutes away from the Stockyards, Downtown, West 7th, Dickies Arena, TCU, the Fort Worth Zoo, Museums, and more. It has a fence between the backyard and guest house and offers plenty of parking. Additionally, there is a keypad for easy check in and check out. It has been intentionally designed to optimize the space and create the perfect getaway for any occasion. The space This 3 bed 2 bath house is fully equipped with 1 king size bed, 2 queen sized beds, a twin daybed with trundle, an office space with a desk, living area with smart TV, stocked kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and closets in every room to make yourself at home. The kitchen is stocked with a fridge, microwave, 4 burner cooktop, oven, sink, keurig, as well as dinnerware, pots/pans, and drinkware. It is fully fenced in with a privacy fence and has a fence separating it from the guest house. It has a yard with a fire pit as well as a small dog yard. We ask that you park on the street either in front of the house or on the left side of the house. Of note, the guest house is also rented, however, it has its own separate entrance and is fully fenced around it for privacy.
