In addition to your 180 sq.ft. room w/ Full Size Bed, there is a recreation area with board games and a pool table; gym area with hand weights, punching bag, and stationary bike; semi private shower and driveway parking. Rustic NW Chicago Suburban home overlooking a lake where you can unwind, relax, and prepare for your next venture. The space 1700 Square Foot home central air and furnace, with 1.5 baths, semi private shower area, 3 bedrooms all with ceiling fans, dining room, family room with sofa, sofa bed, TV, and pool table, living room with a wood-burning fireplace and gym, full kitchen, and semi-enclosed patio overlooking a small lake with catch-and-release fishing, and smart home devices including power, lights, cameras, and door lock controls with Alexa. Guest access You are welcome to use any area of the home with the exception of the second guest room unless you have booked both rooms and with the exception of the master bedroom. During your stay This is my home so please treat it with care and respect. I live on premises, however, I do spend some weekends and weeknights away from home and during those times I am still available via mobile and am no more than 45 minutes away.
