The space I live in a cozy Arlington rowhouse in the quiet, historic Glebewood Village neighborhood — close to downtown Arlington and Washington, D.C. It’s a peaceful, well-kept home ideal for short or medium-term stays. I share the house with my friendly cat, so guests should be comfortable around cats. Guest access Guests have access to a comfortable private bedroom, an adjoining private bathroom (both with locks), and all shared living spaces, including the kitchen, living room, and outdoor patio. A second guest may be considered for an additional fee of $35 per night to cover extra household use. Please note the guest bedroom is compact and has one full-sized bed, so guests should be comfortable sharing the space. Check out is at 11:00 am. Late check-out may be available with approval. Late fees may apply. During your stay I live in the home and keep a quiet, private household. Guests can enjoy their own space and privacy throughout their stay. Other things to note This is a shared home. For everyone’s security, I may request a copy of a government-issued ID after a reservation is confirmed. I live with a friendly Bengal cat named Palang, who stays indoors. Please be mindful when entering or leaving the house so he remains safely inside. To keep Palang from entering your space or disturbing your belongings, please keep your bedroom and bathroom doors closed at all times, and your belongings inside your room. Guests are expected to keep their private room and bathroom tidy during their stay. I don’t provide cleaning services while the space is occupied, but cleaning supplies are available for longer visits if needed. Please wash any dishes you use, wipe counters after cooking, and leave shared areas as you found them. Laundry is $10 per load, with a limit of two loads a week. Laundry detergent is not provided. Furniture and décor should remain as arranged. Please do not move rugs, furniture, or decorative items. This helps preserve the home’s setup and prevents damage.
