The space I live in a cozy Arlington rowhouse in the quiet, historic Glebewood Village neighborhood — close to downtown Arlington and Washington, D.C. It’s a peaceful, well-kept home ideal for short or medium stays. I share the house with my friendly cat, so guests should be comfortable around cats. Guest access Guests have access to a comfortable private bedroom, an adjoining private bathroom (both with locks), and all shared living spaces, including the kitchen, living room, and outdoor patio. Washer and dryer use is available for stays of 10 nights or more. For longer visits, please limit laundry to once every 7 days to help conserve energy and keep machines available for household use. Laundry detergent is not provided, so please bring your own if you plan to wash clothes. A $10 fee applies for stays under 10 nights. A second guest may be considered for an additional fee of $35 per night to cover extra household use. During your stay I live in the home and keep a quiet, private household. Guests can enjoy their own space and privacy throughout their stay. Other things to note This is a shared home. For everyone’s security, I may request a copy of a government-issued ID after a reservation is confirmed. I live with a friendly Bengal cat named Palang, who stays indoors. Please be mindful when entering or leaving the house so he remains safely inside. To keep Palang from entering your space or disturbing your belongings, please keep your bedroom and bathroom doors closed at all times, and your belongings inside your room. Guests are expected to keep their private room and bathroom tidy during their stay. I don’t provide cleaning service while the space is occupied, but cleaning supplies are available for longer visits if needed. Please wash any dishes you use, wipe counters after cooking, and leave shared areas as you found them. Laundry is $10 per load; 1 complimentary load for stays of 10+ nights. Furniture and décor should remain as arranged. Please do not move rugs, furniture, or decorative items. This helps preserve the home’s setup and prevents damage.
