Buckeye Ridge sits on five private acres dotted with granite boulders, trees and wildlife, while still providing modern amenities for your comfort: outdoor dining area, bbq griddle, hot tub, hammocks, gazebo overlooking the expansive garden and more including a fun treasure hunt! The cozy house has the vibe of a modern cottage and features a spacious bedroom with queen-size bed and patio door that fills the room with natural light, offers views of the rock garden and provides access to the hot tub, which is well-maintained and always clean. The well-equipped gourmet kitchen allows you to easily whip up your favorite meals, and a welcome basket with drinks and snacks helps you settle in. Tea, coffee and spices are available throughout your stay. In the living room there are couches and throw pillows for a night in with a board game or a good book from the library shelf. Practical amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, state of the art washer and dryer, and a wood-paneled homey den that doubles as a workspace. After a day of hiking in nearby Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks, return to Buckeye Ridge to find a hot tub ready to use while observing cottontails at play, nesting quails and hummingbirds—perfect experience to complete your stay in this inviting little heaven. Guest access Guests access the entire house with the exception of one room that is not accessible. The guest area includes fully private laundry, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and hot tub that are all for their exclusive use. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the dedicated workspace, gazebos, and the five acres surrounding the house. Other things to note Whenever possible, I use recycled, recyclable, or naturally sourced materials. Linens, towels, and mats are 100% cotton, and the toiletries and cleaning products are plant-based.
