Other things to note RULES OF GOOD COEXISTENCE AND RECOMMENDATIONS: 1- when leaving, turn off lights and air conditioning. If you have a pet, when leaving, it is not allowed to leave the air conditioning on. I ask for your understanding, because energy here is very expensive; 2- keep the condominium doors always closed; 3- collect the garbage daily and in the same way when you check out. The trash can is on the sidewalk of the building and is collected at 8 p.m. by the garbage truck; 3- use ambient sound; 4- do not walk shirtless outside the condominium; 5- when checking in, present your ID; 6- if you arrive AFTER the agreed check-in time, inform me in advance so that I can schedule myself and better serve you; 7- if you arrive BEFORE the check-in time, I will not be able to be present because I am on duty, but I am punctual regarding the agreed time; 8- if you have a pet, you must inform Airbnb before check-in; 9- when checking in, declare in writing or orally that the apartment and condominium are the same as the photos and descriptions advertised on the Airbnb platform; 10- BEFORE check-out, if you break something, please inform us; 11- if you cannot attend to check in, then you must inform Airbnb who will be the person responsible; 11.1- only the person indicated by the person responsible on the platform can check in or check out, but if Airbnb authorizes it, it will be done; 12- if it is found that you left the air conditioning on when you left, then Airbnb will be informed to be charged an extra fee of $50.00 (fifty reais) for each air conditioner connected daily, but I know there will be no need, because I believe in your common sense; 13- Here in the condominium there is no reception, so it is not advisable to arrive before the agreed time and it will not be possible to leave bags or objects because there is no appropriate place; 14- A sheet will be delivered free of charge to cover the mattress, a sheet to cover yourself, a pillow with a pillowcase and a bath towel, an extra piece will be charged a fee of $10.00 to be paid directly to Airbnb; 15-Do not smoke inside the apartment and condominium; 16-DELIVER THE APARTMENT ORGANIZED AS RECEIVED.
