A true hidden corner of paradise in the heart of an 8-hectare family property, this house will charm you with its privileged access to the Moorea lagoon and its private white-sand beach, offering breathtaking views of the island of Tahiti. Sea lovers will appreciate the ideal location of the house, allowing you to enjoy pleasant swimming in the crystal clear waters of the lagoon. The space Built in 2024, this beautiful 200 m² house offers generous and comfortable living spaces, accommodating up to 5 people. It's ideal for families, and groups of friends looking for calm, privacy, and comfort. The carefully crafted Polynesian decor adds a touch of elegance to every room. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by an open and bright living space, with a very high ceiling and large sliding windows that fade to reveal the outside and its large covered terrace. This space invites you to enjoy alfresco dining and relax in peace with subtle views of the lagoon as a backdrop. The living room combined with the kitchen benefit from excellent ventilation thanks to their opening to the terrace. Both are tastefully furnished, creating a space equipped for your comfort: enjoy a flat-screen smart TV in the living room, Wi-Fi, a Bose Bluetooth speaker and a poker case for your entertainment. The kitchen, which offers you a nice view of the mountains in the background, is equipped with everything you need to facilitate your stay. This house offers two spacious master suites with a very nice volume of 38 m², carefully decorated and air-conditioned for your comfort. Each room opens onto the terrace and has its own outdoor lounge area. Both 25 m² bedrooms are equipped with king-size beds (200 x 200) with new hotel-quality mattresses, guaranteeing optimal rest. They also feature elegant wooden furniture, including a dressing room and a large desk, as well as a flat-screen smart TV. Each master suite has its own private bathroom of 12.5 m² (Master bathrooms), ensuring absolute privacy. In each of these bathrooms, you will find a large shower, a relaxing bathtub, double sinks and toilets, offering all the comforts you need. To allow you to fully enjoy the private beach located 50 m away on foot, a canoe-kayak is available for rides on the lagoon. In addition, the property is accessible to shallow draft boats. You also have a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer for added convenience. Other things to note - A single sofa (170x70cm) is available in one of the bedrooms, offering extra sleeping ideal for one person, preferably a child. - You will be able to safely park your vehicles inside the property, in the courtyard. - Note that the gate is manual - The house is built on family land. In the lagoon, we recommend wearing plastic shoes to avoid getting hurt with coral, sea urchins, or stone fish. There is no public transportation on the island and we do not provide any transfer or transportation of passengers. It is therefore imperative to rent a vehicle during your stay.
