There may have been types of animals, foods, or other items in the house that may cause allergies. This home does not have deeded access to private Moody Beach. It is 1000 feet from one of three public access points to Moody Beach. The public may sit in from of the public access points. On the rest of Moody Beach, the public is allowed to walk the beach but not set up chairs or gather in front of private homes, which currently own to the low tide mark o The home is approximately a mile, by way of Ocean Ave. going south, from the public entrance and parking at fully public North Beach, which then becomes fully public Footbridge Beach. Parking is $25 per day o Going North on Ocean Ave then Webhannet Drive., the home is 0.8 miles from the 3-mile-long fully public Wells Beach. There is limited free parking at another mile further at Mile Road, and paid parking. o Another mile further is the Easter Shore lot, at the end of Wells Beach and Atlantic Ave. How to Check Availability: o Bold black dates: 100% available o Light gray dates: available, but not for checking in or out due to booking rules o Light gray dates with a line through them: not available o During peak season the house rents at a 7-day minimum Saturday to Saturday ৹ Please note: A separate rental agreement with Maine Street Property Management must be signed after booking to complete your reservation.
