The garden has been enclosed to provide a secure area for dogs, but of course should be tested first in case of any determined escape artists. Outside shower provided, and a washing line. There is a convenient outside hose for washing off sandy children and dogs after a day on the beach. There is plenty of place for storing boards, bikes and beach gear. Parking: Ample parking on gated driveway for 3 or 4 cars. EV charging is available at this property via a mains socket by the garage.
