Studený Pramen - Zelený apartment

Chalupa Studený Pramen offers a complex of four stylish apartments suitable for lovers of nature, cycling or mushroom picking. The Green Apartment is the latest addition to Chalupa Studený Pramen and offers fully separate accommodation from the other apartments. The cottage is located in the picturesque village of Kaproun in the middle of Czech Canada. Visitors can enjoy nature as in a fairy tale right out the door. The green apartment is based on the style of South Bohemian cottages and the interior is complemented by traditional ceramics and other accessories in green shades. The main living area of the apartment is a living room with a kitchen, dining table, wood stove and TV. On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and two single beds. The apartment has one full bathroom with toilet and shower. A second toilet with a sink is also accessible from the hallway. The kitchen offers a 4-burner induction cooker, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. Of course, all the necessary dishes are provided. The main method of heating is a cast iron wood stove located in the living room, which can also serve as an oven. The facilities consist of a separate garden separated from the other 3 apartments, an outdoor terrace with a grill and seating also separated for the Green Apartment, a fireplace and a wooden hot tub. The Green Apartment also offers a separate bicycle room with a hallway for storing shoes and various equipment. In front of the apartment there is a separate parking lot with a socket for charging electric cars.
