Our finely renovated property is an old house located in the historic center of Tresnuraghes, a small village 5 minutes by car from the sea. The area is full of "malvasia" vineyards, which you will have the opportunity to admire from the beautiful terrace on top of the house that also enjoys a beautiful 360-degree view of the sea and the historic center of the village. The space The house consists of 3 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 8 people, each equipped with en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, bed linens and towels for your stay. On the ground floor there is the first room and the large kitchen, complete with dining table, sofa and TV. A fridge, oven, stove, coffee machine, pots, pans, plates, and cutlery will be at your disposal. On the first floor, the other 2 rooms. On the roof, there is a large terrace with an additional kitchen to make the most of the space, which offers the opportunity to dine outdoors, sheltered from the sun and wind in its covered area. The spaces are spacious and will allow you to enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea, the surrounding hills covered by Malvasia vineyards and the historic center of the village. You can spend so much of your vacation outdoors in total respect for your privacy. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a laundry area. To ensure greater comfort and flexibility for guests, self check-in and self check-out is always available through a lockbox with a secret code in which to find/leave the keys. The code will be provided to guests once they book. It is the ideal place to host families with children or couples of friends who want to share their vacation.
