It’s also centrally located in the popular Südvorstadt neighborhood, with the “KarLi” right around the corner. Yet it’s quiet. Free street parking is available. The space The recently renovated, 80 sqm 3-room apartment on the 1st floor of a listed, representative historic building offers plenty of space and an open and cozy atmosphere. Here you can feel (almost) at home! The apartment has 2 separate, modern bathrooms, one bathroom is accessible via the hallway, while the other is directly connected to the bedroom. Both bathrooms were recently renovated and each features a rain shower, with one of the bathrooms also having a bathtub. The highlight of the apartment is the approx. 35 sqm living/dining area with an adjoining open kitchen and balcony. Thanks to the numerous windows, it is very bright. The high ceilings with stucco, together with the beautiful solid oak dining table, the comfortable L-shaped sofa, the “relaxation lounger”, the wooden elements, the piano and the modern kitchen give this room something “magical”. This is a wonderful place to eat together, relax or simply spend time. The modern kitchen has everything you need for a cooking adventure! We love cooking ourselves and are therefore very well equipped. The covered east-facing balcony has two chairs and a cozy sofa and is particularly inviting in the morning for relaxing and sunbathing. The hallway is spacious and has a wardrobe and a storage room. At the end of the hallway is bathroom No. 1, next to which is bedroom 1. Bedroom 1 has a large wardrobe and a 180*200 cm bed with high-quality mattresses. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with two 90*200 cm sleeping spaces, a chest of drawers, a clothes rail and its own TV – ideal as a separate bedroom for children, friends or additional guests. The apartment is located less than 3 km from Leipzig’s Market Square (city center), in the popular Südvorstadt – with numerous shops and restaurants within walking distance – while still being relatively quiet. There are almost always enough parking spaces directly in front of the accommodation (free of charge).
