Alana Bay is situated on Discovery Way, within the meadows development on The Bay. Free use of the resort pool and gym and access to all on offer. To the right is the large kitchen with all the appliances you need. To the left is the dining space. And in front, is the living room with 2 sofas, an arm chair, coffee table, log burner and TV/DVD. From the living space, there are large bifold doors onto the deck, ideal for catching the morning sun. Fully enclosed by a perspex screen and wooden balustrade, this makes the deck child and safe for small dogs. Down the hall, there are two bedrooms. Master bedroom with kingsize bed and ensuite wet room room, and second bedroom with a double bed plus a guest bed for the 5th guest (child only) if required. Ensuite with bath tub and shower. Off-road parking for 1 car and other spaces on Woodspring Way nearby. Guest access Guests have access to the whole property and also any amenities and activities offered by The Bay Resort Filey (charges may apply for some booked activities). You will have access to free parking on the resort. The pool, sauna, steam room and gym are all free to use (subject to availability). No refunds are made if any resort amenities are closed/unavailable. Other things to note Parking is on a first-come first served basis and therefore we cannot guarantee a space directly outside your accommodation unless the property has its own space - please ask if unsure from the description. There is on resort support via reception most days 9am-5pm and security overnight 7pm to 6am usually. The Bay is a very dog-friendly resort but XL Bullies and banned breeds are not allowed. Dogs must be kept on a lead/under control and grounds are generally open so this is not the place if you need an enclosed private garden. However, Alana Bay does have an enclosed front deck which is unique.
