This comfortable and pretty guest cottage is the perfect base for your visit to Carrboro/Chapel Hill. Relax and enjoy your own private space 1 mile from downtown Carrboro. Brand new Queen bed and memory foam mattress. Main house in front is also an airbnb that sleeps 6 if you need more space! Lots of charm and much more privacy than a hotel room! The space Comfortable one room studio in wooded back yard with off street parking Queen sized bed, 100% cottonsoft sheets, comforter, extra blankets, chest of drawers, couch, Wifi, Roku with YouTube TV (live TV), small fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig, electric kettle. Basics for simple food prep and heating up left overs from nearby restaurants - dishes, silverware, mugs, cups, keurig and coffee. Bathroom with full tub and shower, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, dish detergent. Air conditioning and heat that you can adjust to your own comfort. We have a dehumidifier to help with the humid weather. Washer and dryer is available for your use and is accessed through a door in the room and also has a rod to hang clothes. The washer and dryer are also available to guests in the front house through an exterior door. * The front house has 2 bedrooms and a sleeper sofa and is also an Airbnb - so if you are needing a space for a group of people, you can rent both spaces if available. Park in the area closest to the back house on the right side of the driveway. Laundry is located on side of cottage but can be accessed through the room. Laundry area is also available to guests staying in the front cottage.
