The Blue House - with SAUNA

The Blue House was once the hay store above a former calf barn. Now it houses a bright apartment on the 2nd floor with air and light, a large west-facing balcony and other seating in the courtyard. Fall and winter special: Sauna, which is only accessible to you. (Usage fee on request) A covered parking space is yours. Quiet location on the outskirts. The paths for walking and cycling start right outside the door. The shoe city of Pirmasens is five minutes away. The space The apartment is almost 90 m². It is located on the 2nd floor. You are the only residents of the house. The spacious apartment was built in 2000 as a timber frame building above a former stable building. A photovoltaic system produces part of our electricity. WiFi is available free of charge throughout the house. Rooms and amenities: Entrance: You have your own front door that leads into the spacious hallway with wardrobe and secure storage for bicycles and strollers. The wide staircase leads into the apartment. Living and dining room: We have a spacious, bright living room for you. The couch, a cozy armchair and a large smart TV invite you to chill out and a cozy dining table for up to eight people offers space for relaxed sitting. Here is also the direct access to the sunny west balcony. Bedroom/mini office: The very large bedroom has two beds (1 x 2 m each), also a TV. A large wardrobe, a dresser and two bedside tables with lamps offer comfort and space for clothes and utensils. An additional desk offers the possibility for office work or home office. Kids Home: A crib is available. In the next room there is a cozy sofa bed, where the children also have their own world. (We are still optimizing here) We have toys for all ages. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking pots, dishes, glasses, kettle, microwave, coffee maker, stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, ... A small table for a quick breakfast is also there. Bath: The beautiful bathroom is equipped with a sink, large mirror, hairdryer, toilet and a large bathtub with shower. Towels are ready for you. Exterior: More seating and play options are in the courtyard. The courtyard gate protects your children from traffic. Your car is covered in the courtyard. Other services: On request, there is also a sauna in the house. If you want to charge your electric car, you can do so on request at our wallbox (50ct/kW). Leisure and gastronomy: The premium hiking trail "Hexenklamm" is 500 m away. The "Schlabbeflicker Tour" for cyclists leads directly past the house. Many more hiking and biking tours await you. Food and drinks can be enjoyed within walking distance in the Palatinate Forest House "Stockwaldhütte," at the Italian restaurant in the sports club, in the Gölter-Schimmel inn or in the Kunz hotel restaurant. The city of Pirmasens with shoe outlets, Dynamikum, swimming pool "PLUB", chocolate factory and pedestrian zone can be reached in five minutes. 15 minutes to Fashion Outlet Zweibrücken. 30 minutes to the Citadel of Bitche in France. We are happy to provide further (secret) tips. Guest access House for your own use, private entrance, apartment on the 1st floor. The key is available directly in the large farmhouse or in the key safe.
