The Blue House - with SAUNA

The Blue House was once the hay store above a former calf barn. Now it houses a bright apartment on the 2nd floor with air and light, a large west-facing balcony and other seating in the courtyard. Fall and winter special: Sauna, which is only accessible to you. (Usage fee on request) A covered parking space is yours. Quiet location on the outskirts. The paths for walking and cycling start right outside the door. The shoe city of Pirmasens is five minutes away. The space The apartment has just under 90 m². It is on the 1st floor. You are the only residents of the house. The spacious apartment was built in 2000 as a wooden stand building above a former stable building. A photovoltaic system produces part of our electricity. WiFi is available free of charge throughout the house. Room and Amenities: Entrance: You have your own front door, which leads into the spacious hallway with wardrobe and safe parking for bicycles and strollers. The wide staircase leads into the apartment. Living & dining room: We have a spacious, bright living room for you. The sofa bed for two people, a cozy armchair, and a large smart TV invite you to chill out, while a cozy dining table for up to eight people provides space for relaxed seating. Here is also the direct access to the sunny west balcony. Bedroom/Mini-Office: The very large bedroom has two beds (1x2m each), also a TV. A large closet, dresser and two bedside tables with lamps offer comfort and space for clothes and utensils. An additional desk offers the opportunity for office work or home office. Kiddies Home: A crib is ready. In the next room there is a cozy sofa bed, in which the children also have their own world. (We're still optimizing here) We have toys for all ages. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking pots, dishes, glasses, kettle, microwave, coffee machine, stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, ... A small table for quick breakfast is also there. Bath: The beautiful bathroom is equipped with sink, large mirror, hairdryer, toilet and a large bathtub with shower facilities. Towels are ready for you. Outside space: Other seating and play facilities are in the yard. The courtyard gate protects your children from traffic. Your car is covered in the yard. Others services: There is also a sauna in the house on request. If you want to charge your electric car, you can do this on request at our wallbox (50ct/kW). Recreation and gastronomy: The premium hiking trail "Hexenklamm" is 500m away. The "Schlabbeflicker Tour" for cyclists leads directly past the house. Many more hiking and biking tours await you. You can eat and drink on foot in the Pfälzerwaldhaus "Stockwaldhütte", at the Italian in the Sportheim, in the Gölter-Schimmel inn or in the hotel restaurant Kunz. The town of Pirmasens with shoe outlets, dynamics, swimming pool "PLUB", chocolate factory and pedestrian zone can be reached in five minutes. 15 minutes to Fashion Outlet Zweibrücken. 30 minutes to the Citadel of Bitche in France.
