The space Residencial Mira - “since 1985… a place to rest” Description Residencial Mira has been a family and guest house since 1985 that is part of the Architectural Cultural Heritage of Ecuador as it is within the heritage inventory in the category of real estate. This cozy place welcomes you with the hospitality that characterizes it so that during your stay you can enjoy a true rest with the tranquility of a peaceful space and you can enjoy its pleasant common areas. Residencial Mira is a family business whose main objective is to provide a warm service to locals and visitors who appreciate the tranquility of the place and value the richness that remains in the history linked to the architectural and cultural heritage of the villages together with the hospitality of the people who welcome and receive them with the joy of the Mira genius that characterizes Mira and giving it that unique touch of identity. General location Residencial Mira is located 3 hours from Quito, 45 minutes from Ibarra, 1½ hours from Ipiales – Colombia, 4 hours from Las Peñas beach, starting the Costa Esmeraldeña. Specific location Its privileged location in the heart of the City of Mira in the north of Ecuador means that it is 100 meters from the city's central park where you can get to know and appreciate the Mother Church of San Nicolás de Mira - Religious Cultural Heritage of Ecuador as well as the festivities in honor of the Virgen de la Caridad – Patroness of Mira; in addition to the largest Natural Christmas Tree in Ecuador; and the monument to Cardinal Pablo Muñoz Vega (outstanding son and representative of Mira worldwide). The space Residencial Mira has 1,200 m² of construction, it has 15 cozy rooms of different types and capacities (single, double, triple and quadruple rooms) to receive from 1 to 60 people. 9 rooms have a full private bathroom and 6 rooms with access to shared bathrooms with differentiated hot water (♂ and ♀). Other Things to Note Residencial Mira has access to a Wi-Fi network. In addition to access to and use of common areas with complementary services such as living rooms and TV, work areas, laundry, fully equipped kitchen area and large dining room, plus a terrace with patio heater and a grill. Pets are accepted, Residencial Mira is also a Pet Friendly place, as polite and well-behaved animals are also welcome. Garage access is currently unavailable, however, in front of Residencial Mira, customers can easily access the private garage service.
